So I decided after seeing this picture of Slaying Mantis (formerly Sorcerer) that i want to be in a metal band. How tough would that make me, seriously???? LOL

Last time I wanted to be in a metal band was in late 2006 after watching Rob Nelson in his Pig Destroyer shirt doing sound check with his sexy voice for his brothers band. I think for a week or so after the show Betty and I did start a death metal/grindcore/thrash band. I think we were called Shark Destroyer.... cause I have a made-up fear of sharks and i think that Pig Destroyer got it right with the whole band name i mean thats pretty dang death metal... just choose an animal and add destroyer to it.... and you will be set.

Panda Destroyer!
Snake Destroyer!
Fish Destroyer!
Bear Destroyer!
Guinea Pig Destroyer!

ok so I guess I was wrong none of those names would be good for a death metal band. Maybe you can just have anything and just add destroyer to it and maybe it would work. If anything if you are ever bored you can try coming up with some cool names...haha


I just searched for Shark Destroyer to see if the name was already taken by a band and it turns out it has...Shark Destroyer --- they arent very metal at alllllll more folk and indie. I think we would have definately beat them to the name by a couple of years if we had really tried.\

I also searched the rest of the names i was throwing out there and here is what I found:

Blue Panda Destroyer Cannon One
Bluegrass / Grime / Celtic

Fish Sandwitch (thats pretty close right?)
Metal / Black Metal / Lyrical

Bear Destroyer
Grindcore

Ok well I guess thats all.... I dont remember what that point of this blog was..... Oh yeah being in a metal band...lolz!
